"We had a great choice to stay this hotel for next day flight rather than get up early morning and run to the airport. Room was simple, but clean and comfortable. Entrance also accessible from the airport, convenience store is just out side of the entrance. Lots of dinig and shopping options, train station is also just out side of the entrance. We definitely use this hotel when we come to Nagoya."

"What I didn't like. A receptionist woman was not friendly. Staffs at Buffet looked tired and they didn't smile. There was nearly no table service. I used a humidifier in a room. Then, my room started to smell terrible. What I liked about Bath facilities was excellent. They added a stone sauna. The basket to carry was useful. The yukata set was convenient. Pick up service from ferry port was super helpful. The variety of buffet was impressive, but somehow, things tasted better 2 years ago. . "

"Conveniently located with covered linkbridge to airport. Good price, big room and with simple complimentary breakfast buffet. Good for overnight stay to catch a morning flight. Only con for me is the soft pillows. "

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (Annex Grande), good restaurant, relaxing onsen, beautiful lobby lounge with delicious amenities, self-laundry available, luggage storage available, easy parking. You have to walk out onto the street and re-enter the premises (adjacent bldg) to access the restaurant and onsen if you reserve a room on the Annex Grande side of the hotel. Besides that minor detail, it was a great stay and would reserve again! "
