“It was good except the service of the person assigned in reception area June 16 2019 in the morning. She looks disoriented and offensive to guest by giving incorrect information instead of checking details beforehand. ”

“Great views from the rooms. Which is what this hotel is all about. Room was renovated and great, but could do with new towels, etc. Similalry the lift carpet needs reneweing.”

“The hotel is located at an excellent location, with fantastic views of the Taal Lake and the volcano. The food in the restaurant is great, and the service is generally very good. The nearby area also has many nice places to eat, but they mostly require a little bit of walk. Due to the much cooler weather up there than that in Manila, people flock into the area for the weekends, but that also means the pool may be a bit too cold to enjoy a swim… Overall, I would say it was a very nice stay……
