Nicely placed small place. Central and with an amazing view to the sea. It is located to the east so it is sunrise and unfortunately not sunset - but still beautiful. The staff is very helpfull. Highly recommended

Dreaming place, with ocean views, excellent staff, beautiful and clean. Very good breakfast. Don’t go to ortigia with car because there are no parking but if that’s the case, the staff will help you to find private parking. Definitely will come back :)

Look no further, this is a lovely place to stay with amazing views from the windows and perfectly situated for exploring Syracusa. Staff were so friendly and helpful, I felt very well looked after.

This place is more like a B&B. Location is excellent, on water and walkable to everything. It is an old convent converted to B&B, there are no elevators. If you are not in an ocean view room then it is just an ordinary experience. We had the view and it was amazing.

Just a great location with a balcony with incredible sea views! We loved the place! Staff kind and helpful and they went out of their way to help us! No elevator but the staff brought our bags up to the room. So nice! No parking on site, but they have a nearby parking garage staff come and get the car and park it for you. This does cost an extra €20/night but well worth it. We didn’t opt for their €13 breakfast buffet but instead found a great breakfast cafe just down the street recommended by the staff. We were able to swim near the hotel off the sea wall. Water was warm and very clear! Overall a great experience for us!! We would stay there again for sure!!

We had the most amazing time at this hotel in beautiful Ortigia. We cannot thank Cinzia and Davide enough for their wonderful hospitality and welcome during our 3 night stay. We consider them our dear friends now. The hotel is beautiful and our lovely room was large with a gorgeous sea view and balcony. Grazie mille!!!

We stayed here for one night and Davide was incredibly kind and helpful. He insisted on carrying our suitcases to our room, gave us a list of local places to see and even gave us bikes so we could tour the city. Our room had a wonderful view of the sea as well.
