You should be ashamed to let customers know that you have changed the name of the hotel it was called the miller the last time we went there I can’t say anything because it was terrible the room was very small and I travel to Sydney so I can’t say anything good about the hotel I was just disappointed that I booked the hotel I know that it’s not your fault so I can’t complain but I can tell you that I will never forget it I will be back again soon so I will give you a call and book again

The only downside was the excessively loud music outside the entrance and inside the foyer. What’s the purpose of this? Who needs it? I’m on holiday to relax. Otherwise, all good.

A fantastic recent refurbishment makes this hotel a top choice - beautifully designed rooms and reception lobby areas. The hotel owners and Rydges should be proud of the product that they now have in this hotel. Hotel is in a great North Sydney location, very close to the new Metro station (Victoria Cross) and getting to the “other side of the bridge” was a breeze, the Nth Sydney location is clean, safe and within walking distance to cafe, bars etc. A couple of things could improve to make it a five-star stay: vacuum the room better and staff engagement with guests could be better. We will definitely stay again - this hotel will now be one of our preferred choices for Sydney.

I checked in after work at 6pm. I couldn't sleep because of noise on my level. Ended up checking out at 11pm and going to another hotel. Staff were not helpful. Car parking garage would not open to exit. Would not recommend.

The Property was undergoing renovations. The checkin staff seemed like they didn't know what they were doing.

Only stayed one night after an event.
When I arrived at 11am a drunk and incoherent patron made his way to the lift and I let him go first because I was not comfortable riding with him, he could barely stand and I was only assisted by a bar staff who got off shift and got the man into the lift. Perhaps security is needed for that time of night?
Room/facilities in the room were great can’t fault. However upon checkout I have been charged $4 for a chocolate bar I did not have! I have contacted the hotel via Expedia first to ask what the charge is for, and then requested a refund as I did not have the chocolate and had zero reply to the refund request a week ago. It’s stupid chasing up $4 but it’s the principle.
