「It was the best place I’ve stayed at in Peterborough so far. Clean, nice, and central. Only criticisms are the shower door was broken/not attached properly ( I expect this was a previous resident and hasn’t been noticed yet) and that the double bed was 2 singles with a double sheet over it, so I kept waking up falling down the middle! But with that said, it was a decent place and I will likely return. 」

「Had a lovely relaxing break with my partner and another couple. We stayed Friday-Sunday. Lodge was beautiful and clean. Hot tub was excellent and got cleaned whilst we were there. Excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend a stay here. 」

「A lovely spot by the duck pond and very peaceful, the lodge was lovely and clean and couldnt of asked for a better stay. We really enjoyed the hot tub, feeding the ducks and an autumnal bbq. M&D were great hosts with good comms. We were reluctant to pay the expensive prices for the entertainment but this didnt spoil our short break as we enjoyed our time in the lodge regardless.」

「The flat was exceptionally clean and well equipped. the owner was absolutely fantastic and extremely responsive to any questions we had. 「Overall the property was clean,moden and had everything needed for our stay.However,the pull out bed was not v user friendly and uncomfortable which was disappointing!I think the lodge was catered more for 6 people particularly the sofa area,not enough seats.There was also a issue with the back door as in it was stiff to open.We enjoyed our stay and loved relaxing in the hot tub,many thanks」

「There was really little to recommend this property. There was an appalling smell in the bathroom (presumably from the drains) which permeated into the lounge area. The area wasn't very nice. It was up two flights of stairs which wasn't easy for me to cope with. There was an issue on check-in as the email that was sent an hour before did not correspond to the actions required for the parking space and we had to ring up about it. Someone else parked in our designated space on our final night...

「Very quiet and low lit area - perfect for stargazing. No WiFi so the kids stayed off their devices and enjoyed watching the chickens roam around freely. My little boy even got to help feed some which he thought was brilliant. Mary and her husband are top class hosts! Would definitely recomendthis place to anyone who wants a quiet rural getaway. 」
