"This is an excellent place to stay, with a complete shopping and dining area right downstairs. The transportation is very convenient, with both the subway and the airport shuttle bus within walking distance. The hotel also provides plenty of travel information for guests to take freely. If I visit Osaka Station again, this hotel will definitely be my top choice. To support environmental protection efforts, Japan no longer provides single-use amenities in guest rooms. However, the hotel thoughtfully places tea bags and amenities in the lobby for guests to take as needed, trusting their sense of integrity. Unfortunately, many guests from Korea and China were seen taking far more than necessary, such as over ten toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and tea bags per person, exceeding what would be reasonable for their room occupancy. By the time I returned to the hotel in the evening, the entire supply had been cleared out. Human nature truly reflects like a mirror."
