「The room was nice and modern. You can use Netflix on their TVs. The hotel was kind enough to let me check in a little bit earlier so I wouldn't have to wait hours for the regular check in time. They have coffee and gelato and other choices in their dining area. Overall, I had a great experience and the staff is very kind.」

However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldn’t use our reservation.
