「1.The hotel counter refused to help us to print the ticket( A4*3 pages), even if we paid extra. Then I have to go to the next hotel to ask for help. Another hotel does not charge any fees to help me print three tickets. 2.we booking one "triple room including breakfast ", the receptionist told to us only 2 breakfast is included. The third person has to pay extra. but the confirmation didn't show this rule.」

「Hotel was perfectly fine though a little dated and the mattress was quite worn and not the most comfortable. Large room though and a big TV with plenty of options. The room was clean but there was a very odd smell in the lobby. I liked the location and it was easy to get around the city via the nearby U-bahn station」

「Our Berlin accommodations failed so we ended up 35 minutes outside the city at this hotel in Koepenick. It turned out to be the BEST thing to happen to us. The waterways in the area are beautiful and peaceful. There are so many good eateries in the area that are in easy walking distance. Plus a great Italian restaurant at the hotel! Bar tenders were so kind and made our stay special. We had the hotel breakfast first two days, which was great! The next three days we decided to try local eateries...
