"Close to city but in quiet neighborhood, fenced yard, clean, essential amenities included, comfy bed, great communication from host. TV in living room only and a little small, some noise from near by train tracks. I would stay again! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Greenstone Cottage. Wow, very clean and not overly crowded. I have stayed in some VRBO that feel like they are so crowded with too much furniture and the closets are not useable. Not the case here, nicely decorated. Very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to town. Ken is quick to respond to any questions. The cottage is very comfortable, Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend. "

"The guest house was neat and clean, had everything we needed. Kitchen well-appointed. The neighborhood was nice, safe. The host was quite responsive. No issue with parking, there was always a spot in front of the house. We wished we’d had more time to look around at East Sacramento neighborhoods. We were pretty close to everything we wanted to do and about 20 mins to the airport. "

"We were in town for the weekend for a band event for our teenager, this was as great option"

"Our son attends UCSD on a baseball scholarship. His first Division 1 baseball game took place at the University of the Pacific, which is only a 2.5 hour drive from our home. We stayed at the Zen Den with family and friends and enjoyed the down time between games very much. Everything was comfortable and clean and beautiful. The area is wonderful, wide streets and charming mid century homes abound the neighborhood and driving around was fun and nostalgic.We will definitely return. "

"We were disappointed with the lack of amenities at the property. We only had bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths. The kitchen was nice with nice appliances but the coffee machine’s water container was dirty with hard water build up. All of the locations that we have stayed in have provided coffee pods and condiments. There was.absolutely nothing at this place. There was water bottles and cans of soda in the refrigerator , which was nice. The room we stayed in had a blood stain on the wall...

"The property was great for a girls weekend in the wine country. Definitely more suitable for sleeping 6, can't imagine 8 adults would be comfortable. The communication was great. There are just a few simple touches that would make it a 5 star stay, such as adult sized bath towels, stocked toliet paper, and a full set of wine glasses (since it's the wine country). We cooked dinner both nights and the kitchen had the basics. The kitchen needs a full sized garage can (with extra trash bags). The...

"My two friends and I enjoyed our brief stay. Frank and Rebecca are lovely, responsive hosts. Quiet neighborhood location convenient to stores, restaurants and activities. We especially enjoyed the deck for relaxing in the evenings."

"For our quick business, pleasure and medical visits this property served us well. Very quaint and the location was perfect. I will consider this property again on our next visit however a few things could make a really good experience a really great one. A clean bbq with bbq tools, steak knives, no dish pan or dish cloths (no dishwasher so handwashing required which I don't mind but with proper acrutrements)the Back yard is adequate in size but it is all weeds and debris (it could be very cute)...
