"Lack of staff at reception for check-in. I checked in and being asked to obtain a credit card, when I am getting in, someone come to ask to solve a problem. I have been waiting patiently for few mins but not solved yet. And I drive the car out to wander around the site for another 20 mins and return. The staff is still talking to that person to solve the problem. I don’t want to be rude but I spent more than enough time in waiting for someone to cut me out and finish the check in finally at 8pm. The restaurant around closed at 9pm. I bring my kids and finally can’t go anywhere for dinner. The staff compensate for a garden view room and complimentary drinks but it is night time, any view did not create any difference and I didn’t use the drink coupon as well because we are busy to settle down with kids.
