「In need of decorating or a spruce up. There was mold on the walls and ceiling. Wouldn't take much to make it a really nice room to stay in.」

「When I arrived the signs through the front door was confusing. I just found my way through to the bar where I spoke to the lovely staff behind the bar. Staff were really nice. Was shown to my room. Bed was comfortable, bedding and towels were clean. Carpet and bathroom floor was not clean. Hair on the bathroom floor. Tea and coffee was a welcome addition. 「Loved the hotel ambience, friendly/efficient staff and room was warm, well equipped and comfortable. Bathroom was very warm and great shower in minus temperatures.View from 1st floor front window was picturesque and the dining room and breakfast rooms spacious and comfortable. Excellent stay, we will return. Breakfast and dinner ample and good standard. Perfect 2 night vacation.」

「Great stay , arrived wet through on dirt bikes , couldn’t have wished for a warmer welcome, kit was dryer off and left in the utility room and a welcome cup of tea and coffee was provided, Lovely hosts , clean room and cracking breakfast , just what was needed in the typical wet wales weather Would love to come back one day with my family, 」

「Swift and easy check-in. The family room had two bedrooms which was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Could have done with a rubber bath mat but found out later we could have asked for one. Similarly de-caff tea and coffee I guess. We had our 4-year-old granddaughter with us but there were no issues with noise from the bar below. Limited menu but food was very good. Steaks were lovely. Nice pint too. Great breakfast. 「Having a specific room requirement the hotel give me options and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. With the Hotel room only refurbished in October 24, they were well finished and furnished. We ate in the restaurant with the menu offering a good variety of food and we we very happy with the quality of the food. Finally a big thank you to Dela who was a supMagerb host. 」
