Our stay at this property was a pleasant experience. Parking was a bit of a challenge due to our truck and the narrow spaces, and there were times when other visitors double parked, which made it tight. The front desk staff was friendly but clearly overwhelmed, with signs about being patient due to understaffing. While most of the team was helpful, there was one older woman who seemed a bit irritable and would interrupt the others, which added to the confusion when we checked in.
We booked through Expedia, and unfortunately, the front desk wasn’t aware of our reservation when we arrived, so we had to wait for our room to be ready even though check-in was at 4:00 pm. While we waited, we spent some time in their vintage lobby—my husband loved the old-school charm, but for me, it felt a bit too outdated.
That being said, the room itself was fantastic! It had recently been renovated, smelled of fresh paint, and everything inside was clean, modern, and well put together. Once we got settled in, we really enjoyed the comfort and quiet of the space.
