「When I arrived at the hotel I was asked for the tax but not the price according to the booking, but much more. When I asked why they told me that I get no key if I don't pay. So I had to pay as HOTELS.COM has no hotline I could not do anything. The next day I asked for a recipe, but I was told that I get it via mail. Until now one week later nothing arrived. We booked a very expensive hotel as the pictures looked quite nice. But as the hotel was quite empty they did not have a breakfast buffet...

「Visited for one night. Arrived early which was no problem and we got to hang by the pool. Clean facility and close to the beach, just a 2 minute walk. A bit further from the main restaurant area, maybe 25 minute walk. Probably more restaurants open during high-season by the beach. Nice staff and good service even though we were in the end of the season. Good drinks and good price on food. We were allowed to stay at the pool even after check-out which was terrific!」
