I liked it being across the Gateway Arch.
What I didn’t like bout the property. On the booking page, says to enjoy coffee on the terrace and there’s signs on the 18th floor still saying terrace and directions. When we got to where it was supposed to be there weren’t any doors leading out to it. When we went back to ask the front desk about it, they said that they made that area into a terrace room and Expedia hadn’t updated their site but yet there were signs still leading to the terrace on the 18th floor. Something else I didn’t like was the breakfast buffet/bar at reds restaurant not specifying on their menu nor on the page that it was weekends only. But time was short, so we chose to give it a chance and ordered à la carte. The seasonal fruit that my daughter ordered which consisted of blueberries, pineapples, cantaloupe, and strawberries were not sweet. The eggs were overcooked and the Bolognese sauce was questionable on the eggs Benedict that my son ordered. We got to the restaurant around 10:15am thinking it would be enough time to put in a quick order and be done eating before they close at 11 since they weren’t all too busy, and we were the last customers. While we were eating one of the employees that was not our waitress, were making loud comments to another of their coworkers about wishing that we would eat faster so that they can clean our table. Making us feel unwelcome and rushed.
