「As a Gold member of Marriott Bonvoy, I expected more from my 8-night stay at Fairfield by Marriott in Benaulim, but the experience fell short in several key areas. Membership Recognition: There was no noticeable benefit to being a Gold member. Despite available upgrades, none were offered. 「I have been traveling with my mother for 15 years. Taj Exotica is without question one of the finest resorts we have stayed in. The staff are fantastic, the kitchens are superb, and the hospitality and conveniences are world class. Bravo! 」

Service by the pool and in the restaurants was a little chaotic and inattentive. Lots of staff but no clear teamwork, organisation or strategy to serve customers.
