「Nice safe property close to Mayo Clinic. The hosts were friendly and made our stay comfy!」

「On short notice I needed a place to stay. The hosts answered my questions I had before I booked. During my stay it had snowed, someone came in the evening shoveled the deck, sprinkled sand to prevent slippage and shoveled a path to the cars. Woohoo thank you. I ended up needing to stay and xtra day and the hosts easily extended my stay. I felt safe the entire time I was there. Traffic noise can get loud at times, but if you sleep with the fan on, it’s fine.」

「Quaint, spacious place to stay. Clean but could use a deep clean for cobwebs. No kitchen towels or dishrags to wash dishes (no dishwasher). Room Air conditioners were very loud and rackety sounding. Unfortunately, the train was too loud for sleeping, even with ac units on for one of us. Beautiful bluffs looking over the river from the winery in town. We had a lovely time.」

「Fabulous spot to stay for a visit to WSU! Came to see my friends graduate and the price was awesome completed to every hotel in the area. Nice location - close to downtown, walkable to campus. Clean and safe building and the host was very friendly and answered any questions we had! Would definitely stay here again. :-)」

「This was a great location in relation to the Mayo. I wish you would do something about the steps up to the unit. The gutter over the bottom step leaks and drips on that bottom step. It froze over night and when I went out the next morning I slipped on that step. I was able to catch myself but someone else might not. It was adequate for our needs. The landlord was very receptive to our needs. One last thing was the TV is not hooked up to anything so it was of no use. Overall for the price it was...

「I really enjoyed my stay here, check in was smooth the host was helpful and it really felt like home. I felt safe and comfortable in the complex. There’s a lot of places nearby and it’s right in between the Mayo campus and Saint Marys campus which was very ideal, I was able to get around without having to drive at all.
