The lobby was the nicest area of this hotel. The room itself seemed to be falling apart. The bathtub spout shot off the wall, the phone did not work in the room, and the room just seemed worn down. Stains are everywhere on the carpet, the toilet seat looks gross, and the shower floor is not clean. The hotel may not be able to help this as much, but I (a female) was stared at by a male trying to get out of my car, which was uncomfortable and did not make me feel safe. I alerted the front desk staff, who seemed concerned and looked like she had taken action. The staff were extremely nice. In the room, the bar that you swing over the door to keep it locked looked like someone could kick the door, and it would fall off. It was barely hanging on the door. This hotel is located in a college town, and young women travel alone here, so I was a little disappointed in how safe I felt and the cleanliness of the room overall.
