「The hotel is very nice and the food is good but the front desk and restaurant staff were not friendly at all. Not welcoming and made you feel you were a bother and not an appreciated customer. When we went to check in the front desk worker actually raised his voice at me when I was approaching the steps to stand in line to check in. 「Always good. Breakfast food gets depleted each morning we come in 7:30. Trays are often empty. Not good when this is offered as an inclusion. Hospitality staff friendly. Front of house. 「Amazing stay. Great central location and easy to find. There are two Faletti hotels in the area so make sure to ask for the right one. This one is opposite the Press Club. Convenient location with good food shops nearby! Staff are friendly and very helpful. Even the Hotel Manager came and introduced himself to me :-) 」

「The breakfast was same each day and shower glass door is safety issue very tight to get in and out of shower . my bedsheets or towels wasn't changed in two weeks l stayed. No WiFi in bedroom which l told staff at desk on many occasions but nothing was done to solve the WiFi. Positive was size of room was good. No hair dryer few days is ok to stay at hotel but the shower door needs urgent changed before someone gets Hurt badly. 」
