Good hotel right in front of beach
Very nice and helpful staff. Upgraded me to a room with sea view on arrival, and were open to arranging a later check-out on the day i departed.

Hier komen wij zeker terug !
Wij begrijpen de commentaren van sommige mensen niet. Wij logeerden tijdens onze reis in Calabria in 5 hotels en wij kunnen stellen dat het San Domenico Hotel zeker niet moet onderdoen voor sommige 4sterren (!) hotels. De kamer was heel netjes, de badkamer voldoende ruim en met een goedwerkende (!) douche EN haardroger. De handdoeken waren kraaknet en roken lekker. Ontbijt hebben wij niet genomen, maar als lunch kon je aan de poolbar gerust een vers belegd broodje bestellen. Eveneens een ruim assortiment aan frisdrank en bieren in de poolbar. Het receptie- en barpersoneel zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ok, het gebouw zelf is misschien wat aan vernieuwing toe, maar de locatie is gewoonweg fantastisch ! Vlak aan/op het uitgestrekte, brede zandstrand en op 10 minuten wandelen van het centrum. Gezellige (strand)bars en restaurantjes op nog geen 200m. Wij kwamen met een bang hart aan, maar vertrokken met een heel aangenaam en voldaan gevoel.

Praticamente sulla spiaggia con panorama stanza vista mare spettacolare. Personale ospitale e cortesissimo. Parcheggio gratuito e a pochi metri dalle stanze, peccato che non offrono il servizio ristorante e che la struttura sia da migliorare. Complessivamente OTTIMO considerando che lo scopo della vacanza era relax, spiaggia, mare e tranquillità.

Parkeringen er på taket og resepsjonen en etasje ned. Rommet hadde ikke sjøutsikt, men balkong ut i en innvendig sjakt. Alt var gammelt og slitt, og sengen var fullstendig utslitt. Den var rett og slett vond. Jeg bodde der kun en natt, og anbefaler ikke å bli på et slikt rom mer enn det. Det er mulig rommene med sjøutsikt er bedre, men de er også dyrere. Beliggenheten er flott, rett på stranden.

Staff gentile, peccato x la colazione non inclusa
La posizione dell'Hotel è davvero ottima, si trova proprio sul lungomare di Soverato ad una quindicina di minuti a piedi dalla Summer Arena, luogo dove spesso vengo fatti concerti e spettacoli. Personale della reception molto gentile e accogliente, parcheggio gratuito, stanza piccola ma confortevole, unico neo in relazione al prezzo potrebbe essere inserita la colazione che invece va pagata a parte.

L “hotel è sul mare il posto è favoloso,le stanze piccole e i bagni molto vecchi ,a me è capitata una camera con vecchi materassi a molle per niente comodi ,se uno si adatta ok ma il prezzo non è basso per una notte .A mio avviso andrebbe ristrutturato e diventerebbe una favola.
