「My husband and I both have family in Willis, and we were delighted to find this delightful cabin for the holiday. The cabin was clean and cozy for our group of 8. The wrap-around deck is where we would have liked to spent our time, because it was so serene. Cold, wet weather forced us inside which was fine beacause the kitchen table could accomodate us all once we pulled it away from the window and found stools in the loft. 「Great location, nice and quiet with the absolutely stunning views from the back deck! The house worked very well for the 10 of us adults. The arrival instruction pdf and communications with Mr. Jim were second to none. We truly loved this location, the scenic drive and the ease to Mt. Airy made the 30min drive no issue. This is definitely a place we would use again when we return to visit Mt. Airy / Pilot Mtn. Thanks for sharing the cabin, Mr Jim.」

「We came up for the Christmas Festival in Galax. This was the perfect location and the perfect lil house for our stay. It had everything we needed for cooking and was so cozy and warm. We hope to come back in the Spring and do some kayaking down the New River. 」

「We loved staying here. Even my kids who I'd don't think would notice how well styled it is and how comfortable that made it to stay there. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the fire pit in the back nice to use. The only downside was leaving anas in we didn't want to leave and the Google map direct ions were a little weird but we found it and had a great time.」

「We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at the Happy Trails cabin in Damascus. You can’t beat the location - walkable to every spot in town and right on the Creeper Trail and Appalachian Trail. Lawrence was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Looking forward to staying again!」

「I was in town to visit my mom at the hospital. It was a great location, both close to the hospital and with lots of amenities nearby. The property itself was spotlessly clean and also very quiet, which I appreciated. The kitchen had all of the equipment that I needed. The mattress was a little hard but comfortable enough.
