「My partner and I got married at the nearby Elora Mill Hotel & Spa. We chose to stay with some of our wedding party at Cedarcliff not only because it was close by, but because we know it would be for great pre-ceremony photos of us and our party. The only comment I would make is that the house comfortable sleeps 10, not 12 as the listing suggests. We ended up putting one person in a cot in the living room and another guest on an air mattress we happened to have in our car.」

「Perfect location - 15 minute walk to the beach and a 3 minute drive to the centre of Grand Bend. Wonderful accommodation for 6 women (we each had our own bedroom) and lots of room for cooking, eating and playing games. Host Tyler was easily available by texting and very accommodating. 」

「My only gripe with the room was when the upstairs toilet flushed it sounded like my room was being flooded. It only happened one over the time I stayed. Other than that it was decent. A tad too $$$」

「This place is definitely a BUDGET rental... You don't quite get what you pay for. It's an old house that has had some nice amenities slapped on to try to make it appealing... kinda like 'lipstick on a pig.' It's just that those niceties wear off because of all the nickel-n'dime shortcuts the landlord takes. 「I'm not sure why people mention that the homeless people make the area feel uncomfortable or unsafe. They are people too, and no one has ever bothered me while staying there many times. Plus, the Ale House is nearby and Morrissey House is across the street!」
