“Cleanliness of the room and easy to get to”

“Property was very hard to find. There is a big sign by the road but then nothing else. It’s hidden in the back behind another building. It looks like it could be an apartment complex without a sign. ”

“The hotel is generally very clean and spacious, with an easy check-in and check-out process, which we greatly appreciated. However, we encountered a few issues during our stay. The bathroom lacked functional lighting, forcing us to rely solely on the mirror light. Additionally, the tissue paper holder was broken, and the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all empty. Despite these concerns, everything else about the hotel met our expectations and contributed to an otherwise……

“We had a great visit to the Equinox. It feels like they have improved customer service and quality over the last couple years to the feeling it has when I went as a kid. Love the free coffee 24/7 in the lobby, the fireplaces going in the sitting areas, and cleanliness of the resort. “Stayed from Friday to Sunday to ski at Mount Snow and Okemo. Very nice reception staff (they offered a refund when I had to cancel a night) and the rooms were clean and comfortable. While it was not a luxury stay, for $100 a night, it was an amazing deal, and I would highly recommend. The only issue is the walls could be slightly thicker”
