「I had booked the room with bathtub and it was on the Hotel.com site room description, which I had always booked previously. Then I was given the room without the bathtub and the A/C had a terrible smell. There was no other similar room to exchange that night and I had to put up with that smell. The hotel did try to compensate me with breakfast and room change next day, 」
