The whole demeanor is welcoming and relaxed. You can park your car and not have to drive again as almost everywhere you want to go is in walking distance. Highly recommend and plan to stay again. 」

「This is a nicely refinished farm outbuilding. If you want a fancy rental this might not suit you. We found it charming and comfortable. It has separate living area and bed room and bathroom. Comfortable chairs, large tv, nicely decorated in western motifs. Felt like a home away from home. We will return if we stay in Ashland again.」

「This little spot is a bit far afield, but absolutely adorable! It was a trip to see the cows out the windows and a little school bus came by in the morning--so cute! These sweet folks even left us eggs from their chickens! Be aware there is no TV, nor do they claim one, but I didn't notice when I read the listing. I also did not care, since I carry my own tablet, which is adequate. Great spot for our dog, too, as she had her own fenced in spot. Loved it.」

「This townhouse is very nice. The primary bedroom suite is huge and well appointed. The 2nd bedroom (both are upstairs) has a queen bed and the bathroom is adjacent. The kitchen is excellent with very good appliances, up to date counter tops, etc. This was a perfect place for 2 couples to stay, and WAY better than getting 2 hotel rooms somewhere. (As an aside, a bit of touch up paint could easily cover up a few nicks/small holes in the walls in various rooms.)」
