"Staff and service were very good. Only disappointing part was the network was very poor . Could not watch any TV as constantly going blurry …. May be an issue staying here again if this can’t be resolved. "

"We are fortunate to find Peppers Craigieburn because the hotel is pet-friendly. So, our beloved dog Hachi can travel to Bowral with us. The hotel is a heritage building that has beautifully preserved its old-world charm. It has a vast and well-manicured garden for us to take a pleasant walk. Centennial Vineyards and Bowral shops are within 10-minute drive. The hotel room is clean. Staff is helpful. Overall we had a very nice experience at Peppers Craigieburn. Will definitely come back! "

"Exceptional hotel, and service from friendly staff, king bed extremely comfortable, large bathroom fully renovated and very quiet overnight. Fantastic French inspired restaurant and period decor with all the quality finishes. Highly recommend this venue so much so that we retuned again 3 nights later!"

"Beautiful old world hotel. Love the fireplaces and the knick knacks around the hotel. Needs a lot of maintenance. Our toilet door wouldn't close. One of the cold taps wouldn't turn on and the two hot taps wouldn't turn off! Heating in room also didn't work."

"A great stay for an evening or two. Room are exactly as in the picture. Make sure you go to the main bar of hotel when you get there as no check in desk. They will sign you in, give you key and instructions on how to get to accommodation. Was quiet, easy access to everything and definitely in Bowral would stay again. "

Beautifully styled and comfortable accommodation - our only problem was the difficulty in tuning in to live TV...too complicated ...cannot do with a press of a button..."
