“- staff was unhelpful, we travelled internationally into Helsinki with 4 large luggages. When we asked whether they have luggage service we were told they are “very busy” at the moment and so cannot help with our luggages. I have never in my life been told by a hotel (let alone a Hilton hotel) that they cannot assist with luggages. - they charge you for every single thing. “We had a late flight to Helsinki. After taking the shuttle bus, we arrived at the hotel around midnight. Luckily, the check-in was quick, but the rooms were quite a walk from the elevator. The room was nice, clean, and comfy. The breakfast was decent. For some reason, we've been staying at one of these two adjacent Scandic hotels for our business trips to Helsinki instead of staying in the city center. ”
