"We just stayed at the Black Swan for 3 nights with our four kids and couldn’t have been happier with our stay! We loved the modern industrial style with the exposed brick. "I felt like I was in my own little studio loft apartment. It was very nice and chic. The location is in the heart of downtown Savannah, so it was a little noisy at times, but I didn't mind. I would have gone to a quiet beach if I was concerned about noise. The level of security was great! "I have given this property 5 Stars in the past. We love the Diamond Suite and request it, but please adjust the toilet seat so that it sits on the bowl properly. It needed adjustment in September 2024 and still does. Unfortunately, the outside noise level has gone up. It seems like 1 a.m. is the curfew. It was LOUD, and on Friday night, two car alarms went off, which made me wonder if cars were being vandalized. There was an issue with the elevator both times we stayed. We love everything else...

"This property is a 'real' historic home in the historic district of Brunswick. Fabulous walking neighborhood. Very tastefully furnished with all the amenities you need. It's a quick drive to St. Simons island with multiple restaurants, a pier, lighthouse and scenic areas. Jekyll island is another close by location to visit. The property is professionally managed and it's very easy to communicate with the host. Treat yourself to this 'real' historic home. Family and friends will thank you. "

"As someone who is from Savannah this place was perfect for what we wanted! It was not even a 2 minute walk to Forsyth where we checked out the farmers market and laid out all day enjoying the weather. The host was extremely accommodating and answered any and all questions. It was actually even a lot bigger than the pictures showed. It could use a little revamping in certain areas but overall would definitely stay here again!!"

"Cute 1 BR ground floor apartment with a back patio was comfortable for hubby and I. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, garbage bags dish soap and dishwasher. We rented a car but almost everything was within walkable distance. I would stay here again."

"My daughter exclaimed, "Everything in here is tiny! It is a tiny cottage!". A good place for my daughter and I for a few nights. Clean and comfortable. You will need a few items from home: coffee and a bar of soap for the shower, but otherwise has enough for a short stay. Good communication from host.I would say that the door at 535 needs repaired as it has a significant enough gap around the lower side boarder and base, but other than that it is as described. Thank you for the cozy rental."
