「My 1st stay on an over water bungalow and it is at Bora Bora, Wow, what can I further ask for ! Every guest is treated as VIP in the resort. There is a complimentary champagne within the room and a small welcome present. It got good restaurant. But don't expect you can see coral fish from the transparent opening within the room. Also the airport transfer fees is a bit high - though it is common understanding to forget about budget when u are in BB. 」

「Let me start by saying most of the staff was amazing!!! Meme D. and Joe (I think was his name) went above and beyond. Applopsie, I probably spelled that wrong is the BEST!!!! If you see him please tell him princess Christi and Tommy said hi! He will greet when you first pull up! The buffet needs serious attention! We were early for the three times we did go so waiting was not an issue. I realize no one can control flies but seeing sushi and crab covered」

「酒店入住時間是1500時，我1600時到check in還未準備好，需要等。入住房間很舒適，但厕所板有大條裂痕，好易使客人受傷。浴室嘅沖凉液及護髮素亦無refill。另外客房亦漏咗提供拖鞋。第二日到酒店食早餐，在櫃檯前之服務員並無帶領我們入座，自己揾位。不過我眼見前面及跟隨我後面嘅外國旅客則由佢親自帶領入座，使我覺得有被種族歧視的感覺。十分不悦！曾有幾名員工親口問我取煙吸，認真麻麻。」

「房间没有浴缸，电话和吹风是坏的，天花板有只巨大的蟑螂。晚上睡觉只有一条毯子，太冷。餐厅工作人员态度不友好，不耐烦。泳池一直没有毛巾提供。泳池水脏。」

「Very nice hotel. The room is big, clean and tidy. The beach is cool and good for snokelling. Spend about 15 minutes walk to nearby restaurants and convenient stores. Hotel lobby lounge offers reasonable price breakfast, sandwich and drinks」
