「The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is,...

「I'M HAPPY THAT BOOKED GOOD PRICES FOR 2 DAYS FOR 2 ROOM WITH MY FRIENDS IN HERE. THE ROOM IS VERY LUXURY, HAVE SOFA AND ALL FACILITIES, BATHROOMS WITH TUB OVERALL FELT THAT SO CLEAN AND TIDY, AND THE STAFF SO NICE AND HELPFUL, SPECIAL ASSIST THAT CAN EARLY CHECK IN AND STORAGE LUGGAGE. ALSO, A HOTEL LOCATION IS VERY EXCELLENT AS NEAR BUS STOP AROUND 5 MINUTES AND CAN WALK IN TO FAMOUS TOURIST ATTRACTIONS POINT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN NEXT TIME IN UK.」

「Was a lovely stay, great set up and location, perfect for lots of shopping and good food, the only downside was that the shower was not very hot at all, after a long day in the cold a hot shower was something we really needed, so we did spend most of our stay freezing unfortunately, bed was very comfy and was fabulous that you could connect your own Netflix to the TV, thank you for a nice weekend away :)」

「It was a lovely flat with plenty of space but we were disappointed with the condition. The shower and toilet were very dirty and the sofa had all the seat cushion zips broken and the stuffing hanging out. Was not worth the money we paid and there was no welcome from the owners or information about local events etc.」

「I recently stayed at the hotel for 15 days and had a generally good experience. The room was clean and tidy throughout my stay, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining it. Luciana, the cleaner, was especially friendly and responsible, which added to the positive experience. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. It would be more considerate to provide an instruction card for the laundry machine. Additionally, the shower pressure was weaker than I expected....

「We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. "Asked kindly for a pair of slippers and the two male staff (one looked like a manager) at the concierge stared blankly at me for a few seconds like I’ve arrived from Mars, and eventually uttered not available. I paid almost £90 for a night layover, ok you are not Four Seasons, but I expected a lot better than that. Ruined your brand Holiday Inn. "

"The room is big enough for 2-3 people, it is clean and comfortable, staffs are friendly and helpful, there are many bars near the hotel which is a bit noisy at night, however the location is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again."
