“We brought two kids to see a show and stayed for two nights. It is a gorgeous remodel that is convenient to the subway. The owner is just lovely, providing us an early check-in and checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure we had all we needed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!”

“A good-sized aparthotel in a great, safe location for downtown Manhattan/Brooklyn tourist attractions and a short walk to Fulton Street subway station. Beds were comfortable, with not too much street noise at night. But some fixtures e.g some lights didn't work and it wasn't as luxurious as the photos suggested. It was also quite a dark room but overall it was a good clean, comfortable hotel room which met out holiday needs. ”

“J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre, la salle de bain et la cuisine étaient propres, équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, bien aménagées et confortables. L’établissement dans son ensemble est très beau et bien entretenu. Il est situé dans un quartier agréable, à environ 10 minutes à pied d’une station de métro, ce qui rend les déplacements faciles. Personnel, particulièrement aimable et toujours à l’écoute. Je recommande sans hésiter !”

“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“It was nice and quiet, bear donuts was awesome which was in the same building. Multiple dining spots and breakfast spots.”

“There was a lot of construction noise from hotel work being done during the day while I was staying. The lighting really could have been better in the room, even with all the lights on it was dim and the top bolt on my door didn't work. Overall it was a really great room, clean, large, easy to use, and a great location with the subway on the corner of the same block. Target and Whole Foods are within walking distance, as is the Brooklyn Bridge, ”

Generally good

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "

I had a wonderful time and location is perfect.

"I just stayed there for 8 days, the location is perfect as my key objective for this trip is to watch many Broadways, it's just a few mins walk over there. The hotel is apparently new, contemporary, service is good, everyone is super nice and friendly. No kettle or slippers prepared in the room but you can ask for it, if you needed. "
