「Front desk staff was phenomenal. My only gripe is that housekeeping would not change out pur towels and kept placing dirty towels that were purposely placed on the floor back on the bathroom rack as if they were clean. 」

「Very kind and accommodating staff. Was able to check me into my room early and let me keep my bags in storage before I checked in and after I checked out while I was waiting to go to the airport. Because the hotel is right next to the ocean the wind is very strong and it can get really loud. I had a hard time sleeping because it can be a little intense/ intimidating at first. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed (coffee machine, plates, silverware, glasses, washing machine, etc.) The area was very safe and we felt comfortable walking around at night. The property grounds were beautiful and the canal was lovely. The staff was fantastic and answered all of our questions. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank for providing a memorable vacation in Cape Town. 」

The apartment was perfect and in a great location for experiencing everything the town has to offer- walking distance to the shops, restaurants, wine tram, and grocery store.
