“ I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was impeccably clean—thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. The kitchen team was also kind and polite, adding to the positive experience. Most of the receptionists, especially the young men, were professional and helpful. However, one staff member, Hajer, stood out negatively. She had an uncooperative attitude and misled me twice. This morning, she argued with me, refusing to assist with printing my boarding pass—contrary to her……

“My stay was wonderful. Everything from the room, food, amenities, staff and beach was great. Food was delicious, a wide variety and well displayed. I had a relaxing time. Security was excellent and not intrusive in any way. Pools were lovely and it was perfect having a heated one as the weather was chilly at times. (The inside pool is only accessible to guests between 12 and 2 p.m) It would have been helpful to know about the timings of access to the outside pools, the towel pool hut or when……
