“My stay was wonderful. Everything from the room, food, amenities, staff and beach was great. Food was delicious, a wide variety and well displayed. I had a relaxing time. Security was excellent and not intrusive in any way. Pools were lovely and it was perfect having a heated one as the weather was chilly at times. (The inside pool is only accessible to guests between 12 and 2 p.m) It would have been helpful to know about the timings of access to the outside pools, the towel pool hut or when……

“This hotel was absolutely stunning, everything was very new and clean. Food was a bit pricier than other restaurants, but it was so much better quality and definitely worth the price! Staff and service were absolutely amazing! Breakfast was also incredible. The only negative point and something to avoid - ensure not to book any of the excursions through the hotel, as they lied about trip times etc and charged us double the price for a trip that was exactly the same as the ones sold outside the……

“Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles”
