Great location for Sorento
The hotel is located on the high street which is very convenient for short stay travelers. There are several balconies and public areas where you can take a rest or hang out with friends and family. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Bad experience
I have booked the hotel with breakfast but finally the hotel staff said this special price can not provide the breakfast. I have checked the price again in hotels.com for the same check-in date when I check-in and found paid euro 1 more then the breakfast can be covered so my booking price is reasonble to get breakfast. Information is inaccurate in web and hotel staff can not help on compensation even you showed the booking information with breakfast.

Location is all this hotel has to offer. Sitting areas cluttered and dirty. We booked an economy room. The only room on this floor with uneven and dangerous stairs with no handrails.

No fridge or coffee machine in the room , breakfast with limited variety, valet parking needs one hour to get your car back located in a pedestrian area you have to walk your luggage from piazza Tasso to the hotel no helpers

The location was absolutely perfect for anyone wanting everything within easy reach. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room service was always on time. Overall, the hotel is quite nice, and we will definitely consider returning.

It was very nice. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. Our only issue was that it was quite noisy at night, being near the nightclub that parties until 2 am, which isn't the hotel's fault. Very clean!
