「Lovely property. Rooms are large and comfortable. The closet/bathroom door combo is a nice aesthetic, but given the weight of the door, a handle on the interior would be nice to have. The other odd thing is the width of the tile around the bathtub/shower (which needs to be cleared to get into the shower). It's high and wide, creating an opportunity for a slippery accident. 「What a beautiful home and recreational place to stay in wine country. A wonderful farmhouse with an additional pool house. All the amenities, every bedroom with a private bath, a pool and your own chicken coop with fresh eggs. Just perfect for your wine holiday.」

「Stayed here with family for a wedding. Super clean and convenient. Walkable to downtown. The layout worked perfectly for 6 adults.」

「We visited Sonoma in late December and stayed at Bungalows 313. This is hands down the best property I've ever stayed at. We were in the ground level 2 bedroom unit (called Terra). Unit included fully equipped kitchen, living room with a large screen tv, a gas fireplace and a pullout couch (we did not use it, since there were only 3 of us), a dining room and 2 bathrooms (one full bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub, the other one was a small half bath). Two private patios on both side...

「Wonderful spot to stay especially if you value being able to easily walk to tasting rooms, restaurants & shopping while still enjoying a huge yard, trees and birds. The path from the backyard provides a safe and peaceful walk to town. The place was clean and comfortable and the hosts are friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Vincent is an outstanding property owner. He responded to our questions via test immediately and was very helpful. Our grandsons visited for two days during our stay and had a grand time in the pool, which was clean and heated perfectly.」

「The property was very much like it was advertised - nice gathering spaces and well-stocked kitchen for dishes and cookware. There could have been more towels to fit the number of guests allowed and there were no blankets. For the cooler seasons, some throw blankets would be good. The property is in a nice area with easy access to everything in sonoma. It was nice and quiet at night. We would definitely stay there again.」
