「I stayed for two nights. The room is clean and the bathroom is large and even has a bathtub. the staff knows I am travelling there for the first time, she kindly lend me a guidebook in traditional Chinese edition. That's very thoughtful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. 」

「We loved our night at the Stump! We had a nice pizza for lunch when we arrived and sat outside in the sunshine. We found the room to be comfortable and cozy.I opted for a light breakfast of toast and jam and really enjoyed it. Gotta love granary bread (can’t get in USA!) The home grown tulips on the tables were a nice touch too. Everything about the place was pleasing. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Thank you! 」

「Really beautiful Gloucestershire..oldy world style property...nicely modernised....however....bathroom needed a bit more attention....radiator rusty and looking tatty...cracks in the plaster...actually the cracks are good..totally an age thing..so I am saying thats a positive!!!!.The loo seat was well loose though.... had a fab evening meal...great food .....great cooking....and great service..Anna is an absolute star here...introduced me to my room.... served dinner...a fabulous, attentive ,...

「The Coombe House experience with our host David was simply amazing. He greeted us with outstanding hospitality and made us feel welcomed and at home. Our room and breakfast was top-notch. Our bed and shower welcoming and relaxing. David provides a first class experience for all his guests. My wife and I have stayed at many hotels and B&B’s over the years but the Coombe House is #1. When in the Cotswolds, I would definitely recommend staying there. 」

「Lovely property in a beautiful village. Great for walking. The property is very well laid out and clean. The showers didn’t work due to a pump issue which wasn’t great because we were there for hiking. Breakfast was good and plenty of coffee 」

「Very friendly personal welcome - very personal touches - definitely worth staying - very rural. Definitely value for money and with a shared bathroom (there was 2 between 4 rooms getting access to a bathroom was never an issue). Would definitely stay again.」

「The place looked like it shouldn’t have been open. There was no one on the front desk. We waited around for 30min couldn’t find anyone. So we moved on and found a much better place 」

「Well equipped, comfortable accomodation with lots of areas to relax and take in the views. Done premium wine tasting and tour and would throughly recommend this and a stay. 」

「We were a group of 7 staying (4 adults, 3 children) for 3 nights. The cottage had everything we could need. There are 2 bedrooms perfectly set up for kids with the other 2 for adults. The bathrooms were decent and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more, although some cupboard space to store our food would have been nice.The outdoor dining space was very peaceful and pretty although a little overlooked. The estate is beautiful and the cottage is very close to the activity...

「We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house with such a stunning view. It was listed as 8 adult and 2 children but I would say it only slept 9 comfortably. Two beds were crammed into a tiny room which wasn’t ideal. Otherwise it was warm, and very well equipped. 」

「The communication with the manager was excellent. You are able to park in a secure car park using a code. The room is probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The location was excellent, especially for the racecourse, and near excellent restaurants and the town centre. A*」

整體還好，但只有又高又斜的樓梯，沒有升降機

"環境，房間都是很好的。包早餐是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。"

體驗一般，服務有待改進

"基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。"
