In the old city, very convenient to transportation. You can find everything you need nearby. Staff is nice and helpful, only if some of them could improve English a bit for smoother communication:) Breakfast is included, the view is stunning especially if you come in the early morning, you can see sunrise with blue mosque. Although the tidiness in room is a bit disappointing. Some of the amenities in the bathroom becomes moldy, the hairdryer handle is full of dust. We put some clothes on the bed and housekeeping just randomly place them on our suitcase while making up the bed. Overall, this is an average hotel but the price is a bit higher with the quality.

My family had the pleasure of staying at Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class，and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The rooms were immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in a great area, close to all the main attractions in the city. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant served a great variety of Turkish dishes. I highly recommend Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Istanbul.👍👍
