Good location and friendly with patron service. Breakfast is ok but everyday are same.

The room facility has a small problem that the led light one the bar of living room bar is fall , because it is stick by double side tape, and power plug interface is also no fixed, but all thing are perfect. As a Marriott gold member I got a treat which over my expection.

The staff and the service was great. Aleksandar bartender was exceptional and the server Naum was very professional and respectful with great attitude. The receptionist Ivam was so nice and went above and beyond to check us in. I believe also his name was Ognen he helped with the luggage and showed us the room with every single detail. Natali brought a coffee from Room Service and she was also very nice and polite. Everything was great. I would recommend 9/10.

Customer is a liar, never go there
I ordered from the hotel a taxi to airport pickup and it never showed up. I mentioned that in the reception and they offered me that have a free dinner at the hotel restaurant. I went to have a dinner and when it came to an end the waitress came and said that there was no proof that the taxi was ordered in the airport. I was shocked of this accusation calling me a liar. I had the email with me and they wanted me to send it to reception. I have never felt so bad as a customer with wide traveling experience in a five star hotels. Horrible customer service, never again.
