「Older hotel but the quirks was the beauty of it all. Staff were very friendly. Room was dated, but clean and ideal. I would certainly stay here and recommend this hotel. Absolute fantastic stay.」

「Handy for Rothsey, and a lovely old building. My room was facing the harbour and an interesting view. Tired in places, chair was very wobbly, and doors etc as you would expect in a property of this age. However, the retro-fitted en-suite was good, and nice and clean. Felt like carpet had not been hovered. The Scottish breakfast was nice and not too overwhelming. Just right. The guys running the place were really friendly and polite.」

A short drive on a good road from the Brodick ferry terminal, we found the Corrie Hotel to be a convenient base for our island explorations. There are so many places within walking distance to see and enjoy in the area. The people who lived on the island are so very kind and gracious! Absolutely stunning home! 「I had wonderful weather and the hosts could not have been more helpful. The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. Only 2 criticisms: the mirror in the bathroom should be a few inches lower. I am 5ft 2 inches and could only see the top of my head and pepper and salt would be very nice.」
