「A great location to explore Turku, right in the middle of everything. Nice room with a good bathroom, everything spotless. Excellent breakfast at a nearby cafe, nicer than the usual tired buffet fare. The cards to the local gym and the Polaroid camera were nice touches. The only real complaint was the temporary lack of an elevator. I realize it could hardly have been avoided but better communication (any communicarion) about the issue beforehand and an attempt to put us on a lower floor would...

「Ensinnäkin asiakaspalvelusta 10pts! Aivan mahtavaa ja joustavaa palvelua! Huoneisto oli tosi kiva ja siisti ja kaikinpuolin uudenveroisessa kunnossa. Itse majoittumisesta ei mitään valitettavaa! Ainoastaan yksi asia jäi hämmentämään oli ravintolapalvelujen puute...ruokaravintolat aukesi lauantaina vasta klo 15 ja sunnuntaina eivät olleet auki ainutkaan... vaikka olisikin hiljaista niin tämä puute saa miettimään tuleeko uudestaan. Kuitenkin kun hotelliin majoittuu viikonlopuksi niin kyllä sitä...

「This place was fine, but when you're travelling with a dog there is not useful area to take your dog out. Small yard, but nothing more. It is not useful. Luckily there is a park in next block. Otherwise the place was good and easy to use. 」
