"This was a great, safe hotel in dahab. I came to dahab to spend a few days snorkeling and wanted a safe relaxing place to stay. Upon arriving I was greeted by a sweet man at the front desk named osama and he helped me throughout my entire 5 day stay with everything I needed. The staff was very respectful, and incredibly and efficiently helpful, including when calling the front desk from the room. "The advertising and image that this hotel presents online is the opposite of what you'll find once you arrive. It's dirty, chaotic, run-down, not well maintained, and overall just a cheap crap hotel. If they advertised it as such, guests could make their own choice about whether the price is worth it. But the fact that they bait and switch guests makes this property especially egregious. Avoid this hotel!! There are many many more in Sharm that are decent and above. This one is a dump."

"I arrived around 6 pm but the room was not ready. The receptionist tried to bully me into going to dinner first to cover the fact that the room was not ready. When I asked why the room was not ready the manager came and offered a room upgrade. The upgraded room was lousy and I can not imagine what would the original room would be like. The next morning I wanted to go to the beach. I saw the listed shuttle schedule and I timed my self to catch the 9;30am shuttle. I got there a few minutes early...
