「The unit was easy to find and check in process went very smoothly. The place was spotless and well equipped. The location was very convenient and in cooler weather we could have walked to most places. We could not fault the place. 」

「Good location, but heavy vehicles that frequently stopped a little early. Cottage well appointed and clean. Everything worked.」

「Ella's Place is a lovely miners cottage lovingly restored in early 20th Century decor. It is like staying in grandma's home, yet has all the modern conveniences such as air conditioning, a microwave and TV. The owner Corrine goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have everything they could possibly need. If you like history, I highly recommend this cottage. 」

「Well set up though shower over spa is more challenging for older guests. Beds comfortable and clean. Every thing needed on hand in the house. Main bedroom reading light by bed not good. Felt safe and comfortable」

「Overall the house is pretty good it just needs a deep clean.The BBQ caught fire due to the fat in the tray hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. Kitchen was clean but all dishes had to be washed before use as were dirty. Needs maintenance cutlery drawer broke..Dishwasher was filthy could not use.The outdoor decking are is fantastic and the two living spaces great. Plenty of split systems .」

「Nice quiet house. Bed good. 2 other bedrooms that looked good. Everything you needed in kitchen and quite a few goodies - we weren't sure if they were gratis or not? We struck an inordinately cold day and didn't manage to get gas heater going. Didn't matter much as we were out most of time and bed was warm」

「The property was close to all facilities in town. Clean and tidy. The only down fall was the main front bedroom had no privacy as there is no blind that you can put down as people can see in at night so could not have the light on.」

「we were desperate to get any accommadation overnight it appeared everything was booked out and it was 43 degrees on our arrival - we initially had an issue getting access into the property so communication after confirmation of the booking could be improved and instructions for the operation of the evaporative air conditioning would have been handy otherwise once we were set up the stay over was great」
