「The hotel looks like it used be much livelier. It's a bit worn down and could use some updating. For example, I could not find a power outlet or USB connectors near the nightstands. The lights had a cold temperature. Warmer lights would be nicer. Some paint was chipping off of the walls. On the plus side, the room was spacious. 「This is a rubbish hotel! Checking in at 12:45pm requires an additional $30 check-in fee, which is a disguised extortion of money from travelers! I have never encountered such a rubbish hotel! This is unacceptable! Because I have already booked and cannot cancel, the female service staff at the front desk is indifferent and nasty! The elevator cannot directly reach the underground parking garage! In order to squeeze the money of travelers in disguise, the front staff was asked to enter the garage...

「Finding this hotel was such a wonderful surprise!! It is a condo apartment and I stayed in a BR which was new, spacious, clean and had all the amenities I could imagine. It is elegant and elevated place to stay and I highly recommend it. It would be great for an extended stay but even just a couple of days. 」
