There were multiple incidences right when I got to the hotel that caused me great inconvenience and confusion.
Firstly, When I booked the hotel room using your website, I specifically reserved a suite because your website said it was for 3 people. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the room I booked was only for 2 people and there were additional costs for a third person. This misunderstanding took longer than necessary to resolve.
Secondly, the website said that the room (for 3 people) included breakfast. But, when I checked in, I was told that breakfast was only for 2 people.
Your website is supposed to bring convience to consumers. Thus, I hope you take the time and effort to improve your website by clarifying what offers are available.
