"Yumoto Fujiya Hotel has a really convenient location being right next to the Yumoto Hakone Station. It is worth booking the private onsen for convenience. We stayed 3 nights and the breakfast served are the same. But since it is buffet style, I guess you can vary what you eat each day. Do get the 2 or 3 days Hakone Free pass as it covers all your transportation by bus, train or cruise. Do take the cruise in Lake Ashi and catch the majestic sight of Mr Fuji. Our traditional japanese room with futon beds for 3 were huge and comfortable. "

"It’s a spa resort with a shuttle to/from the station and the doorway. Great staff & services. Gorgeous views and an amazing breakfast buffet and top notch restaurant for other meals. The onsen was public and worth going. You’re there to relax unwind and enjoy the views and surroundings. Well that ticked every box. Lovely!!"
