「I thought the property was tired and no dining or breakfast facilities. My bed felt damp and had that dampness smell about it.」

「The Room I stayed in was nice. Unfortunately outside my Bathroom window was a garden chair where anyone from the motel used, my window was open. On the morning I was leaving there was another guest sitting on the chair smoking. I was in the shower when I realised all the cigarette smoke was coming in my Room. Again when I opened my door my room the cigarette smoke 」
