「The room is very spacious and has a sense of openness. The facilities are somewhat dated but very clean. The view is exceptional, allowing you to see Tokyo Tower and the entire bustling area of Tokyo. Waking up and going to bed every night while enjoying such a view is truly refreshing for both the body and mind.」

「The breakfast place is a bit small . Need to line up for quite a while if coming by around 10 am . Which shouldn’t be the case of a 5 stars hotel . Breakfast could be improved anyway , especially if talking it is located in tokyo . Futhermore . The concierge service could be improved regarding recommendations of nearby restaurants . And the hotel has no its own escort service from / to airport . 」

「Location is excellent. But the space is very narrow entire hostel. Also if you didn't speak Japanese, you seems don't get any service from night shift staff. You will have to check in before 22:00 otherwise they won't wait and I was rushing from airport due to airplane delay. After I check in they only told me which bed number and where to put luggage. Next guest check in is a Japanese girl and staff introduce her the entire area including where is toilet and shower. I have to peeping on them...
