「I reserved their Super Deluxe room through Expedia customer service. The Super Deluxe room was supposed to have two beds, however, when I check-in, the room that was given to me only had one bed and looked nothing like in the pictures posted on Expedia. On top of that, their Wifi was not working, and when I mentioned to them, they could not care less. This was very annoying because I had to use my international roaming to browse which can get expensive. I've complained to Expedia and it was...

「The view was great. The description of the hotel is wrong. Access is only for backpackers. Wheelchair is a joke. Taxis are not allowed closer than 200 m and from there it is steap up. In winter you even cannot be sure of that. We had to go approx. 1km on a slippery road. Taxis did not dare go there. The hotel is not suitabel for use in low temp. We had reserved 2 nights but left after 1 night. - still cold as ice.」
