2 restaurants closed. Lifts were shut. Air con swtched off in bar. It seems they sre desperately trying to save money. Well they have just made my conditions 50 times worse. Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. STAFF LOVELY. AND HELP A LOT.

Otele girdiğimiz ilk günden son güne kadar yani bir hafta boyunca hiçbir şekilde yemek yiyemedik. Eğer bir Türkseniz zaten burada yemek yemeniz kesinlikle mümkün değil yemekleri çok lezzetsiz aşırı baharatlı ve çok pis. Bunun dışında biz uyurken odamıza üç ayrı gün olmak üzere temizlik personeli girdi. Müsait olmadığınız anlarda bile aniden kapıyı açıp odaya giriyordu tam üç kez bunu yaptılar. Son gün otelden çıkacağımız zaman valizlerimizi resepsiyona bıraktık ve akşama kadar otelde kalabileceğimizi söylediler. Geri dönüş uçuşumuz gece olduğu için akşama kadar otelde duracaktık. Öyle yemeğinde tek Yiyebildiğiniz şey olan patates kızartmasını aldık, orada çalışan kişi yanımıza gelip yemek yiyemeyeceğimizi otelden çıkışımız yapıldığı için yasak olduğunu söyledi. Hayatımda böyle bir şey görmedim biraz Türklerden ders alın. Bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

לא חוזר למלון הזה
המלון גדול מאוד, הצ'ק אין נמצא יחסית רחוק.. החנייה נמצאת מחוץ למלון ולכן צריך ללכת הרבה.
בצ'ק אוט חיכנו חצי שעה שיבואו לקחת את הדברים שלנו בסוף לא הגיעו והבאנו בצורה ידנית. הצוות של החדר אוכל מדהים נענה לכל בקשתנו.
נראה שיש מלא רוסים, מלון והאוכל בהתאם למי שמתאים.

Positive:
1- Resort with large enough garden, aqua is nice for both children and adults, food is diverse.
2- Coral Beach is good and view is cool
3- evening shows for kids
Negative/Require Improvement:
1- All the booking reservations was fully paid online for the 2 rooms and when the first room family reached there, they told them the reservation is not paid and make them wait from 4 to 7 PM until I reached there ‘second room’ and they simply said it is paid with no clue of why they made them wait all of this time nor even apologizing for the time got wasted.
2- Every meal is companied with a plastic cups which make a huge plastic waste which can be easy avoid. as well as all soda was serviced from plastic bottles which also can be swapped by soda machines in order to help the environments.
3- milk in coffee machines was spoiled.
4- No hospitality for many of the staff starting from bell man up to front desk staff, some of the staff needs training .
Short staffing and seems they are overloaded (management failure)
5- The beach is not connected to the resort and this was not clear while booking until we get there.
6- TV channels are few and the image is not quiet clear.
7- Pool is fine , however was somehow crowded, Music was very loud the whole time from the morning till the evening and we had a baby infant couldn't fall a sleep.
8- Cleanliness doesn't match 5 star level, the ventilation of W.C is poor.
