「This was my first time in the UAE I felt right at home. The staff was amazing and made sure I was taken care of. It is super close to the airport maybe 2-3 minutes which as helpful being my first time here. Overall 10/10. 」

「First of all, there was water in the bathroom leaking every day. They said they fixed it , but I have pictures to prove otherwise. I also skipped and bruised my shoulder. It was terrible. There was no microwave as well. We could not heat up our food. We paid in advance for two meals and they said we only paid for room. There was no mention of food included on my receipt unfortunately. I will ask for partial refund from Expedia . 」

「Staff dont pick.up phone calls. Hotel is too old, and almost everything is partially working. Rooms are not at all sound proof」

「The idea of self-contained villas is a fabulous one, especially for travelers who have larger family size. Unfortunately, the resort has not been kept to the standards that the photos on Expedia and other booking websites depict. The staff, however, was very helpful and pleasant to interact with.」
